Recipient Address Printing is available for $0.75 per envelope. Include in your notes at checkout that you would like this option and we will send you instructions. Orders over $300 ship free. Estimated arrival of your order is 7 to 10 business days.

Shipping policy

All orders are estimated to print and ship within 7 to 10 business days. This shipping timeline depends on your timely approval (within 48 hours) of the proof you receive via email. All proofs must be approved before a personalized order is processed. You can expect the production of your order to take 5 to 7 business days. Your order will then be shipped and you will receive a shipping notification via email with a tracking number. From then you can expect an additional 2 to 3 business days for your package to arrive. (This is why you see a shipping estimate of 3 to 4 days upon checkout.) This timeline is subject to change due to peak holiday times and unforeseen circumstances. Any updates to this timeline will be communicated here.

We ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on size of package and these carriers' fluctuating shipping speeds, particularly during peak holiday season. If you have a preference of your carrier please let us know via the notes section at checkout.

We also offer pick up for those local to Birmingham, Alabama. Choose local pick up upon check out and we will communicate with you where to pick up when your order is ready.

Rush orders may be accepted in some cases for a fee but typically only speed production time by 1 to 2 days. You are welcome to contact us to request a rush order and we will let you know whether or not your request is feasible.
